If you are not in to receive the parcel, DPD will check for your instructions/preferences on the app. If no instructions/preferences have been set, they will deliver your parcel to the nearest DPD pick-up shop for you to collect. The shop details and your pick-up pass will appear in your tracking.
Business addresses:
If delivery is unsuccessful DPD will reattempt delivery the following working day.
