Do you offer free delivery?

Do you deliver worldwide

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

How do I track my parcel?

We will send you tracking via email and text message so you know exactly when your parcel will arrive.

You can also get your tracking from your account section by logging in.

What if I'm not going to be in?

The courier will attempt delivery 3 times before the order is returned to us or left at your local pick up shop. So, if you’re not going to be in don’t worry the courier will come back the next day. Alternatively, when you receive the tracking from the courier there will be several delivery options such as ‘deliver to a neighbour’ or ‘leave in a safe place’.

Ordering

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order on our website.

Can I collect my order from you?

We're afraid you aren't able to collect the garments from us. All orders are delivered by couriers and tracking will be provided. Someone will need to sign for the shipment on delivery.

Do you offer a customisation service?

We do not offer a customisation service but we can deliver the next working day to the printer or embroiderer you choose. Please note all products are clearance or end of line and are non returnable.

Can you recommend a company to customise the products?

We are not affiliated with any printers or companies who provide customisation but once you have sourced a company to do this, we can deliver to them next working day.

Do you have more stock of the products?

Afraid not. All of the products on the website are either discontinued, clearance or end of line. Once they are gone they are gone and will not be restocked.

Do you sell to the general public?

Afraid not. Fire Label Outlet Store is a business to business supplier and specialises in selling cheap, end of line and discontinued products. These products will not be restocked once they are out of stock and they are non returnable. Where are your products shipped from?

We ship from multiple warehouse locations in the UK. When ordering products it will state on the product page which warehouse location the products are being shipped from. Multiple delivery charges may apply.

Issue

I have received the wrong items. What should I do?

We are sorry that this has happened. Please get in touch straight away with our customer service team and they will be able to rectify this for you as quickly as possible. Please be aware that as all products are clearance or end of line it may not be possible to replace them if they have gone out of stock. In this case we will refund the items that are incorrect. I can't log into my account.

I have received faulty items

If faulty goods have been received please contact us with information and photos of the faults and these items will be replaced for you. Due to limited stocks of clearance products if they are out of stock we will refund the items for you.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Fire Label Outlet Store is a business to business supplier and not for retail customers. All products are end of line, discontinued or clearance and this means we are unable to accept returns of any items. If faulty goods have been received please contact us with information and photos of the faults and these items will be replaced for you. Due to limited stocks of clearance products if they are out of stock we will refund the items for you.

Can I resell your products?

Yes. All of the products we sell are manufactured by wholesale brands and are designed to be sold on. Feel free to customise or re-label the garments and sell them on as part of your brand.
